I am sure most of you have heard of Padmini. They are a large incense manufacturer from India. They produce all sorts of products, ranging from quality masala incense sticks, to lower-end dhoop and perfumed sticks.
These particular incense sticks appear to be perfumed and have a dark black charcoal base. I don’t believe there is any plant material in these and they seem to be comprised entirely of charcoal, impregnated with fragrance oil. The packaging has a blue theme
They come in large packs of either 50 or 100 sticks, depending on which size you purchase.
As for the scent, these smell a bit sweet, and a bit like a lightly floral sandalwood, but they have a balsamic component which makes the scent a bit interesting.
These seem pretty decent for a cheap, perfumed, charcoal-based incense stick.
