Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

You may return the item for any reason, but we only accept items which are in their original condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

If your item arrived damaged through the mail then please contact us at sales@reedshandmadeincense.com as soon as possible and we will definitely take care of any issues you might have.

If you would like to exchange your item for something of equal value, please let us know and we will see what we can do.
